| Mad props to funrise and "nylint customer support"
So today i was sitting in the office when the delivery guy comes to my desk with a fedex package. I'm thinking what the? So i open it up to see a brand new shiny front axle assemby in bubble wrap. to bad i just bought some parts from someone on the board. Looks like i have to think of a mod to do with the extra parts. I have a nice one in mind. they sent me a survey which will be getting filled out with positive remarks and also a letter. Not to mention they hooked me up with some bubbles! haha |

Yeah me too. I emailed them over 2 weeks ago and nothing back so far. I haven't called yet though, but I did pm them this morning. We'll see where that gets me, if it's nowhere it's time for a call.

Hey Guys, I am really sorry that its been tough getting through - its gettin a little busy with christmas just around the corner. if for some reason you can not get through on the 1-800 number please email me directly at steve@funrise.com - if you need a replacement please include your address and phone number. If you guys have something on order - please be patient as replacement parts are on their way. Thank you, Steve |

| I called them this morning, waited approx. 5 min. He was cool with me and said he's sending me a new chassis. I had approx. 6 hrs. total on my Jeep bodied crawler when it crapped out. I hope my new parts last longer |
