Default Mad props to funrise and "nylint customer support"

So today i was sitting in the office when the delivery guy comes to my desk with a fedex package. I'm thinking what the? So i open it up to see a brand new shiny front axle assemby in bubble wrap.

to bad i just bought some parts from someone on the board. Looks like i have to think of a mod to do with the extra parts. I have a nice one in mind.

they sent me a survey which will be getting filled out with positive remarks and also a letter. Not to mention they hooked me up with some bubbles! haha

How long ago did you order yours? I've been waiting on the same thing.

How many time do you need to call and PM them before they respond to you?
I've called 3 times and Pmed them once.. And nothing!! Do they only have one operator to take your calls??? Anyway I'm glad you guys are getting something from them..
Starting to get frustrated.ARG!!

Yeah me too. I emailed them over 2 weeks ago and nothing back so far. I haven't called yet though, but I did pm them this morning. We'll see where that gets me, if it's nowhere it's time for a call.

i got it through nylint customer service on the board. It didn't take that long at all but i was one of the earlier cases i believe. I'm sure they are pretty swamped from what i hear.

Hey Guys,

I am really sorry that its been tough getting through - its gettin a little busy with christmas just around the corner.

if for some reason you can not get through on the 1-800 number please email me directly at steve@funrise.com - if you need a replacement please include your address and phone number.

If you guys have something on order - please be patient as replacement parts are on their way.

Thank you,

Steve

I called them this morning, waited approx. 5 min. He was cool with me and said he's sending me a new chassis. I had approx. 6 hrs. total on my Jeep bodied crawler when it crapped out. I hope my new parts last longer
