Default Front wheels Binding at Full turn

If this has already been covered, sorry I missed it.....

My scorpion's front motor began cutting out at full turn, at first it appeared like motor failure, but once I realized it was only at full turn I figured it was a binding issue. I tore the axle apart and removed the knuckles. The pins at the end of the axles had come loose and were causing the binding when they slipped out at full turn. I pulled them out and put a little super glue gell in the hole than pressed them back in, this is not easy they are splined and are not suppose to come out. I reassembled the axle and now she drives like new again, only time the front stops is if I bind the wheels up on a rock or something.

I got both axles grinding and snapping now. When one of the tires gets lodged the slightest bit, the axles sound like they're gonna eat themselves. To fix this issue Nylint should offer steel replacement gears.

Try tightening the gear cases, the crappy loc-tite they use doesn't hold and the slipper gets to loose.

I hope that's all it is. I'd hate to spend this much time making a cool toy just to find out that it's toast now and I have to jerry-rig something. Maybe I should just 4-link it and throw some clod axles under it or somethin. I could just use this Nylint as the platform and build this thing to compete with one of those fancy crawlers...Hmm how much are those "real" axles anyways?
