Question Metal Battery Plate

I am building a AX-10 and i want to 4-link the front. I have some extra metal lying around so i thought it would be cool to make a metal battery plate and add some weights to the front. I was wondering if any one has any blueprints with diemensions and also was wondering sience it is metal if it would make my ESC or reciver go crazy.

I have a couple templates for plates like that. Check the "templates" link in my sig below...maybe they'll fit your needs.

Shouldn't make any difference that your new one will be metal...the stock plate is aluminum.
