Default need help finding lower shock mounts

anyone know where you can find the clamp on lower shock mounts that are made to be mounted to the lower suspension links? Im stretching the links on my duratraxx and was thinking I could just move the shock mounts up onto my upper links instead of having to fab a new shock mount upper plate

anyone know where to get these? They mount to the upper link instead of mounting the shock all the way down on the axle

go to home depot or lowes and look at the clips for cable tv wire.

should look something like this or they come in plastic as well.

nice cheap alternative but both will move around on you and your shocks won't be as effective. just FYI.

Lots of folks do use the cable clamp method and for best results you can take a piece of electrical tape and put on the oinside of the clamp so you get a very tight fit when you tighten the clamp.

The aluminum ones you are talking about, rc4wd.com has then, they sell for $30 for 4... but like the other guys said, go to a hardware store and get the cable clamps. you will have less than $2 in them.
