Default R2 Maintenence?

How often should these things be torn down and cleaned/regreased?

I just had mine apart a few days ago to install a new output shaft (gear went bye-bye), and also cleaned/relubed it.

It was quiet for about a day, now its screaming again.

Rocksmith gearjelly. I have heard that it does wonders for the R2 gears. Might try it.

I've been running 3 for about 2 or so yrs.... What's maintenence? I have never touched them, or are they noisey...

All I have done if needed is blow off the disco and add a drop or two of oil afterwards

I didn't do any maintenance when I first started running them when they first came out, but after destroying some gears, I added it to my routine, and never had an issue after that.
