Default Wheel Base and ground clearance question

I miss measured and ended up with a 11 1/2" WB on my new rig. I was wondering if anyone was running a rig this short and for comp purposes should I lengthen the links 1/2" or will it matter much? The ground clearance is exactly 2 inches if that makes a difference when judging the WB.

Its really going to depend on personal preference and the courses you compete on. Some course designers look for shelves that will put a 12.5 inch wb rig in a pocket, you would have an advantage on them. On the other hand if they put a 12inch ledge on the course everyone with a 12.5 inch wb could get the wheels over and you would be stuck.

Go practice with it and see how you like it. It can open up new possibilities in some areas and limit others so its all up to you
