Default adding BB's to tires

i bought some 4.5 mm BB's to put in my tires. I've seen some numbers that people put in their tires, but what size bb's were those? and is there an easy way to get the tire off the axle?

you grab the center hub with some pliars and turn it, pull it off then for the front unscrew the philips screw and on the rear, take the nut off.. and vola` theres yoru tire free as can be. As for 4.5mm bb's those seem kinda large. I was thinkin some smaller bb's but i could be wrong.

Cheers,

JL

Do the BB's really make that much difference? My rig already seems kinda heavy, I don't wanna make it too heavy.

BB's add weight down low and should help keep your rig planted, increase traction, and allow the tires to roll over obstacles easier as they will keep more momentum. But more weight in the tires also means more stress on the driveline.

I out 50 BB's in each tire and didn't notice enough of an improvement in performance to justify the added stress on the driveline. The gears started popping and whatnot when I put the BB's in there, and didn't make as much of a difference as say cutting the tires. Cutting the tires made a night-and-day difference.

you prolly got a point there. For the rocks in my backyard, the BB's didn't help much at all. I need more jagged rocks' most of the ones I have are roundsih and smooth.
