| ordering from junfac
hey, i have ordered some parts from junfac and its been about 5 months and i didnt receive my items yet , it still says that its processing in their website?!?!? , have this ever happened to any one of u ?? ??? ive tried contacting them alot to all their emails but i havnt got any replies , wat should i do about it??? thanks |

If you paid with Paypal, I would say file a dispute, but I think 5 months is too long and you will be unable start one. Is your credit card covered? I had a small hiccup with Junfac last year - no response to email whatsoever. Their communication is zero, nada! I got mine sorted in the end though, but that was with Paypal. Good luck. |

I very recently ordered from them and the delivery period was quite short. On the other hand their communication sucks a bit. It took them one week to answer a simple question about a product....
