| Customer service is the Bomb!!
My front axle was boken, talked to them a couple of days ago and they said they would send me a new one. It wouldn't be until next week till I would see it. Today I was standing in my garage and Fed-ex shows up and unloads a huge box. I open it up and to my suprise It is a brand spanking new complete jeep. They sent me the whole frikin thing. So now I have a parts vehical or I might still fix it and then modify the heck out of it and have one stock also... what to do...what to do...

Glad some are getting good service... After 2 emails, a PM, and a call all I,ve got are run arounds... Customer service may be the bomb for some but for me all I've got where dudd's!! I loved the help I received from customer service when I talked to the guy on the phone. I told the guy what the problem was, which is the same everyone is having and he goes into this big line of telling me how my truck got broke. He told me that I used it in comps (I never have even been to a comp much less drove in one) he continued to tell me what happend was I got hung up on a rock and kept hammering it untill it snapped. He was eager to help me though, he told me I could decide between axles or a full chassis and if I wanted the full chassis he could get it out to me for the low,low price of $69.95 shipping included. I'm waiting on another PM or email and if I dont receive any replys back, back they go to wally world (all 4 of them) and the one I have in lay a way now will also be canceled. I guess who ever eats it eats it... I gave them a chance and so far I have received nada.. I do have 4 nice door stops though.

Man, I've been waiting over a month and still haven't gotten the parts I was promised. I'm starting to get really frustrated with Nylint. Matt |

It is tech because the discussion is about Tech Help from Nylint. This is the nylint forum. Someone gave feedback on the product/help. Where would you suggest we put it BOAR?
