So what can I do to get more flex out of my jeep? I've cut the springs and cut some of the bottom of the links so it they dont hit the axles. After this it still has the same amount of flex as it did out of the box.

Extend the wheel base with the bic pen. Then remove the the rear shocks and replace them with limiting straps.

I could make the straps longer, but tires would hit the body. On the front I just cut the coils. This seems to work good for me. There are many other ways thou.

Make sure you flip you flip your rear center link upside down. The frame will sit on it. My straps are maybe 2 in or a hair longer. Longer you make them the farther they will travel. If I made mine longer the tire would hit my tub. So if your's isn't cut off or dovetailed your chains can't be that long. You don't want your tires rub'n.....Just play with different lengths. Look around before you hack the heck outta things. There are alot of ideas on this forum to improve the performance of these things.

inboarding the upper shock mounting location also helps.

Hey Crawl-N-Clod, notice you're from Newport? I'm from Batesville. I know we're supposed to be rivals but maybe we can get together and wheel sometime?
