Hell ya. I wish some one around here did that for the summer months. PARK takes a break for summer because it is way too hot for going outside. Good job, I'd pay and crawl all the time.

Looks like a fun place to crawl but I hope it's not your house/garage. It appears you poured/placed cement right up against your siding. Without proper flashing, that will rot away very quickly.

looks cool. I would add more hills and valleys. it could get boring after crawling a few times. What is the location? You need to make sure people near you are willing to pay. With a little more variation in height, I would go there. You may also want to try to add a day pass rate so people can try the course for cheap without the yearly fees and for those jsut passing by.

I've paid more for less, I think it's very reasonable. Nice work.
X'2 2 on the flashing tho, You might want to think about some caulking around the siding.

I crawl here Summer and winter and its a great place. He is working on more hills and valleys. The way it was never got boring, he is always moving rock around to make it different. People that don't want to be a member don't pay the 20.00 just 10.00 for the day. His wife is very cool about it and even comes out to input scores and cook.

Incase you end up sleeping with the fishes

Incase anything or anyone gets hurt im sure. Then there isnt a question of who's paying for an eye that gets poked out....Just my thoughts.

Track i used to hang out around when i was younger required insurance, i as always told " In case a rock or debris is kicked up into an eye or something " its coered.
