| Problem with CVD set screw
Hey guys... I ordered a set of MIP CVD's from RCP... for some reason the set screw will only go in about a 1/4 turn...anyone else have this issue before??? Thinking the thread may be mis-matched...but still... they came from RCP in a little plastic zip lock bag....no MIP packaging....???? |

try running a m3 big button head in with a big wrench you can get some leverage on and run it on down in there

Ok, I tried both...running an M3 just strips the threads off of the screw itself...and the set screw wont catch the threads if I put it in the other side. I'll visit my local hobby shop today and see if they have set screws that fit. Kind of blows....shouldnt have this problem in the first place.
