Default Optional shock mounting on axle?

How would I go about getting new shock mounting locations on my stock MRC axle? I just relized that the shock mounts on the axle have broken do to me over tightening the screw/bolt thingy. So is there any way I could get/make new ones? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Like you said yourself, it broke due to overtightening. Don't do that

Axle housing are cheap and unless it is user error they don't break easy. Therefore there has been no demand really for people to explore other options.
