| Help on Scale Crawler course
OK I am try to build a scale course I have never attempted to build one before and here is what I have to work with. I am open to anything but deep mud. Let me know what you have in mind I also want to be able to use the rock garden for my MRC too, so the main part of the scale part will be the pond or area around it. Thanks. |

I really can't tell the size of area you are working with. Place a 1/10 scale crawler in that hole if you can, and then I could give you some advice. |

how deep is this hole?? add a bridge across it or link the bridge to the pile of rocks on the side. make the bridge narrow so you can't just hall a$$ across it. I made a bridge using nylons rope and strips of paint mixing sticks from home depot (free just had to make a couple of trips so they wounldn' t freak out on me taking the whole bunch). just my 2cents. |

looks like you have plenty of elevation changes... Build it up to look like a river bed with a small stream running thru it ending in the pond. Pick up a water feature book at Homedepot, they have some great layouts that work perfect for discuising a crawler course as a fish pond |

That is a good idea I will probably do part of what you said but I cant make any kind of stream but I will do like a dried up river bed from the rock garden to the pond, I think one part of it will be a hole where when it rains it will get some mud in it, and one side a dirt ledge. Anybody else have any ideas.
