what kind of yoke?
what vehicle ?
if its plastic and the screw doesnt go through the yoke then get some metal ones or drill the pinion shaft all the way through and use a longer screw so it cant pop off.

for that u can drill a little indent where the setscrew hits on the pinion so it holds better and also put a setscrew in the other hole. to help.
