| tvp chassis made????
does anyone make tvp chassis custom for people? like how you can get a custom made tuber?like if you had the measurements and the basic, i guess you could call it design?

yeah i read that, i dont care who gets credit for anything, i was just wondering if i drew something up, if anyone could cut it out on a router table or cnc or whatever, i just wanna see how well something would work that i drew up, cause i made a few drawings on my computer, but have no acess to that type or machinery.

its kinda close to the black jack, which i am using now, but would like to run longer shocks with stiffer springs and laid back a little more

Pm StangKilla... He can have it done for you( outsourced)... Or maybe try Jetboat, or just about anyone in the vendor section that does alum work...I assume you want aluminum?

well, i work at a sign shop, and totaly forgot that we have a router machine, so i asked one of he graffix guys, and he said he'll progam it for me, now the question is, delrin or aluminum, i see abunch of chassis now that are delrin, what would be better? and what thickness?

DEFINITLY Delrin , I've seen a delrin chassis bent 90deg and not break , AND go back straight. It can take alot more abuse , and still return to normal. I have built MANY delrin chassis this year alone , just trying new designs and diffrent setups. It will also cut nicer in the router table. Just my opinion |

thanks for your help fellas, i think im gonna order some delrin sheets this week, and have it cut next week, maybe ill make a build thread, i hope it works out pretty good
