You do a search on the AX10 forum for shocks, there is A LOT of info there on that subject. With that said, a lot of us run Losi 4" shocks, they work great.

Search Traxxas T-Maxx shocks on ebay, you can 8 for a great price and they are great shocks for the price. They work excellent for droop, or spring set ups. (don't use the stock red springs tho.) They aren't as prone to leaking like others are. I love the Losi shocks but even they leak on my rig, I went to the Tmaxx shocks with droop and am having no issues.
