What makes you think that? If your concered about the width of the axles there are ways to set the offset on the stock aluminum rims or go with different rims like Axial's or Maximizers

I have mine all setup using an RCP Hustler chassis and it meets every requirment for the Super Class..

I was referring to the Kit that they advertise as a "Super Class" setup....

"Wheelbase: 15.55" (395mm)"

See above. Stock its not, but you can modify it like KRAWLR4life did and you are good to go.

The kit comes pre-built at 15.5" but it's got 3 wb adjustment holes front and rear. I'm at 16.5" right now by just adjusting the mounts and ride height.

That, I did not know....

From his description, K4L made it sound like he did quite a bit of custom work to get it comp legal....

Good! Hopefully this will get more folks back to running Supers now that they wont require much custom work. I know that building my super was much more of a challenge than any 2.2 or 1.9 that I have built so far...
