Default lost bearing seal in the diff.........

i got my under drive gears for my rear axial diff and when i took it apart i found this junk in there....

a closer look at the parts to check everything out and replace stuff if needed i seen that the bearing seal was gone and no where to be found but the grit in the grease....when i replaced the locker in the front axle with egressor's lockers i didn't have anything looking like the grease in the rear diff....

not sure how it got past the bearing from the outside and into the R & P gears to mash them up into sand looking grit in the grease....any body have any idea on what happened...............bob
