Default sw3 & swx

what is the main difference between the swx and the sw3. I have a sw3 but everyone seems to be running the swx. Didnt know if there was a reason.

the way i understand the changes are minor.
skid is alittle different but will bolt up to your SW3
plates have changed but not alot. people are going with the SWX because thats what is available now. not to mention every time something new & shinny comes out we all jump to get it. call it looking for the competitive edge, being the first to have something, bored & looking for a change.

The SW3 is a little taller and the skid is wider. The SWX is real close to the SW3 but has a lower profile that allows you to incorporate more ground clearance in your setup. It also has a few more holes for nailing down the right geometry. I was lucky enough to be one of the ones that got a SWX proto. I have ran it on my axial and currently run it on my berg, it works for most any setup. Bender did a great job with this chassis. Now if they would sell a two solid side kit for the MOA guys(hint hint) Brad are you listening.

the skid i have is very narrow now. I bought this chassis a few weeks ago from anothe member. I having a hard time finding anyone else running the sw3 to talk about setup tips. if they are that close the swx tips should work well.
