Question What is going on with DinkyRC ?

I was searching for the dinky link here in RCC and noticed that the member that speaks for dinkyrc has not logged in for a month. So I tried ordering one from his site. Failure cause his site is setup for international orders. Then tried to use the sites' messaging routine to no avail since my message got discarded. Last I tried to mail directly @ matt@dinkyrc.com but again my message was discarded. I would really like to get one of those links for the axial but I am bogged now:-(. Any help would be nice, thanks guys

I've been trying to contact them as well.

It looks like muddauber7 was last online on the 25th. He's the one I usually see posting on behalf of DinkyRC.

http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/members/muddauber7-5398.htm

I send him a PM today, and I also sent an email to matt@dinkyrc.com so far no answer.

Vacation maybe?

I just ordered from their site last month. Got an order confirmation email, and received my product about two weeks later. A week after that, I received an email from them requesting that I confirm I received my order. Communication is not instant, but it does come through.

I will be seeing him this weekend. I know he was trying to set up something new for the website he may not know anything is wrong.
I will let him know. as Kenny said he is extremly busy with everything going on with Dinky RC and his regular job. He is a one man show and everything is hand made it takes a little longer but it is well worth the wait

Yep, these are my experiences with him. Great guy and excellent product. I've purchased two Dinky Links from him in the past few months...

If anyone has any contact with Matt, could you ask him to check his email?

I understand that he's busy and has to make his full time job a priority but I would like to check on the status of my order. I'm not in any rush, just would like to make sure it wasn't lost in the mail.

Thanks.

Wished I searched this fourm, before buying one of his dinky link mount Last week. Just woundering why his website is up and accepting paypal for product purchased if he isn't up to par on delivering the goods??? I hope I don't have to wait a month or more for it. A week or 10 days is plentliful. Sigh!!!! I don't mind waiting as long I get some form of communication such as an e-mail like "I got your order and it be shipped out on this such date...." . A vender should at least acknowledge to all that paid.
