| ![]() Well, I was always getting the pointy rocks stuck in my bumper and hitting my body and not allowing me to crawl over the rock. Well I think I have fixed this problem. I didn't want to just remove the whole bumper because I would be rolling down hills head first a lot! Haven't tested it out yet but I think it will do good. Here is what I did! ![]() I took a pop/soda can, cut the ends off, shaped it around the triangle bumper, cut it into a triangle, left tabs for the rivits to hold it on and tabs for the skrews onto the body to hold on the bottom, bent tabs over bar, rivited on, moved hole where it skrews onto the body up so the bumper would be closer to the body and my tires could hit the rock before the bumper (now with the skid plate, that woln't be a problem, I think!). It is fairly easy to do if you have a rivit putter oner! You could also just glue it on. Well here are some pics! Tell me what you think! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Pretty cool, I got around that problem by simply getting rid of the bumber altogether.
