Default Crawler course idea

hey i was thinking of a crawler course, built on an old pingpong table, i was going to take plywood and stack boxes/stuff and gluing them down then using that spray foam on top and covering it with sand/dirt
would this work for 1.9s????

Yes, it would work but if your Ping Pong table is still useable,
I wouldn't ruin it. Get yourself some plywood and 2X4's to
mess around with.

+1.
You can get 4x8's for between $10-20, depending on what you get and where you shop, and 2x4's are cheap...it'll all be cheaper than all the foam you'll need! And if you like the wheels, casters are inexpensive, too.
Yeah, keep the 'pong table so the others will have something to do when the rocks are full. ;)

As they said, if the table is still good, don't ruin it. I'd sooner lay a blanket on it, then cover it with 1/2" plywood or OSB and then build on that. You can use the table as a stand, but then dis-assemble it to play ping pong.

What I did was get two sheets of plywood and hinged them together so it will close. I collected a bunch of cans, bottles and junk. I placed them on the board and then put sheets of plaster over them so they molded. Then I sprayed it with bedliner. I have pictures somewhere on my mac. When I find them I'll post them.
