What shocks are these?

So I am trying to figure these shocks out. I would like to get rid of the resevoirs so they don't hang up on things. Mainly they hit the body alot. Do they make a screw plug or anything like that? Also since the picture I have spun them around with the hose on top.

As for the plug I don't really know. I bet you could just remove the nipple from the shock body and take it to a hardware store and see if they have any screws in the same size and RTV the screw in, just make sure it doesn't poke through the other side and hang up on the shock piston.
