Default New body mounts?

I just got the new issue of RC Rock Crawler from RC Car Action and on the second page is a Proline ad and on there new Crowd Pleazer rock crawling body is a body mount set up that has a rounded cap on the outside of the body instead of body clips, I have never seen thesse before and wondered if someone knows who makes these or if there something new.
