Don't think that has been done yet in this scale. I do remember there being a prototype BMW Mini Cooper hybrid built by an aftermarket company in England that was using this arrangement and was supposed to have a combined HP rating somewhere around 600+ HP Jeep even had a concept truck last year that was supposed to have that set up and I thought I read that they may be working using that setup on their production hybrids Last edited by BJoe; 08-16-2009 at 03:00 PM. |

As long as there are only 4 wheels that are the source of movement for the 2.2 crawler, it should be allowed....under the current rules.

You would need a 10 channel min radio with nice escs with drag brake and the works and some killer small torqy motors.

I think they have those here in the states..they spray crops or something like that.. I would think it would be lots of work and not much payoff... |

if you have access to machining equipment, get 4 outrunner brushless motors and machine a wheel that will mount straight on top of the outrunner. done.
