Well since i am waiting for the axles to come, i decided to pass the time by improving the realizm and looks of it. i wanted to rid the fugly bronw interior, so i primed all of it black, and the engine bay, and then busted out the model paint and went to town..im not done yet painting but here is a few shots.. and a bit more brass work as well.. enjoy! behind the seats is where the electronics/batteries will be edit..hey , you guys think i should try and get some fake guages on there, like draw em in?..i kinda wanna try, that and 3.0 or 4.o sohc on the throttle cover -->the body my friend came from kbtoys haha |

looking good...the only problem I see is the brass is going to be waay too soft. you will need to seriously reinforce the chassis and even then if you drive it too rough it will come apart. for onroad use only a brass chassis would be ok but with the twisting and flexing of offroad use it will come apart eventually. you should have brazed steel rod instead...would have been much stronger. you could even use that as a blueprint to make it out of steel. I look forward to the finished product no matter how you do it.
