| scx10 suspension geometry
sorry if this is the wrong part of he forum if it is just let me know, il delete/repost. to the point. im thinking about changing the shocks on my sx10 to something longer for more clearance and to accomidate some bigger tires. if i went to say 110 mm shocks, would the links bind and would the yokes be alright? i dont wanna shell out money for somethin that wont work. also would i be better off buyin some dual rate coil overs, somethin similar to whats stock, or would those scale plastic shocks work alright? -thanks a lot |

The geometry will be fine. The only thing that will change in your pinion angle and your wheelbase will shorten just a little bit. You might want to lengthen you upper link to bring the pinion angle back up.
