RC4WD Scout

Hi fellas...

I'm just finishing up a RC4WD copperhead. I did up a Ambush body with flat green and silver on the inside so when it is cuffed up in looks like Metal showing though.

I also installed Some white steel RC4WD 2.2 with some Rok-Lox.

Thanks for looking!

Why? Why not use a scale chassis? Why put a body on top of a tuber chassis?

You would have a better crawler with a scale chassis. To much weight up high.

im suprised you went with a 2.2 tire for this build, it looks like you went for scale in which case a 1.9 would fit a little better, either way nice build

After all, This is about having fun Right?

Did I say that I didn't like it? No, I just asked why you would put a body on top of a comp tuber. A simple question, that YOU took completely out of context. Next time I'll be sure to try and not step on your toes, Sorry.

But, back to my original question, why did you put it on top of the tuber instead of building/buying a different chassis.

The copperhead is just as low and well perportioned as a scale chassis if you ask me with the way it's designed and the materials used. I have a tuber I'm thinking of doing the same thing with so I can have a bodied rig when I want to run "scale-ish". Nice work.

Thanks! Your right...

If I want back the Tuber It will take 5 minutes to pop off the body and the 3 body mounts.
