Default painting nylint wheels

how do you paint the wheels where the little circles stay chrome but the rim part is a different color?
like jcd's his rim is red but the circles are chrome.
anyone like to help me?

I use Testors paint markers and I am pretty sure most others are to. You can pick them up at Walmart in the plastic model section or at a art&crafts store.

this isnt about painting nylint wheels but has any one used a black Sharpie to color there ugly blue arms? im trying it now while im at work lol
