Get a dremel and just cut the head off of it. DO NOT USE VISEGRIPS. You are pulling on metal thats surrounded by plastic. What do you think would give first?

I just used a pair of sidecuts and a flathead and they all came apart fine, except the lower one on the front axle by the steering servo, there isn't enough room to remove the "rivet" body from the back of the axle, so either take the whole axle apart, or pull the rod from the lower shock mount.
