| Wheel not coming off..
Twist it counter clock wise.. is all I found when I did a search.. It's not doing crap.. lol |

You have to twist the center hub counter clockwise not the whole wheel.

Use some pliers. There is some red glue holding the nut/screw in place that also holds the center cap a bit. Plus, they are just in there tight, so grab it with a pliers and turn it.
