Default Problem with a tire

One of the tires on my jeep is messed up - looks like some kind of mold problem.

It's got some holes on the back side, like something wore through in one spot. It lets air out. And in another spot it looks like something took some chunks out of it somehow, but its right up next to the wheel on the inside of a front tire. Front left, if that matters.

Anybody else have this problem? And did you fix it, or did you get nylint to send one?

You can probably salvage it with some 100% pure silicon architectural grade caulk. It adheres to rubber, plastic, metal and what-have-you really well, when it's cured you can carve on it if needed.
