|  There sending me a new jeep
I called customer service today and told them my jeep wouldnt turn to the left at all, He was like okay well send you a new one under warranty. Im just wondering if there just gonna send a new chassi or all new jeep battery whole kit and kaboodle. What all does the chassi consist of

yeah I did he said he was sending a new jeep its just thats very costly i mean hey thats gotta be close to 50$ with s/h.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get one in? They are supposed to be sending me a Jeep and it's been a week so far and I haven't got it yet. I'd hate to e-mail em and have it come in the next day...

It took them 2-3 weeks for mine to show up. All I wanted was the front axle since mine was weak. I even offered to pay for it. Oh well.

Between my dad and brother and I, we've gotten 3 new nylints from customer service. They send you a whole new jeep!! It usually takes 1-2 weeks.

I just got mine Tuesday and used it for the first time yesterday. I was surprised at how loud it was. Not a biggie though. But I did seem to have some weird issues with the throttle not responding. Going to take it out a few more times before I call in though.

It took 20 minutes instead of calling & waiting 3-4 weeks. I thought I messed up w/ the glue because it wouldn't turn... ends up that I just tightened the steering bar down too tight, 15 seconds later= Full steering  If you get one from them. Kudos! any body got the link to the info on um? i have mine sitting in the garbage can in my room lol i got pissed at it cause it only worked in reverse. and the front end didnt work lol anybody that can help thanks |
