Default Tip, mounting pinions on a clod

Here's a little trick to help mount your pinions:

Make a "depth gauge" that matches the distance from the gear case where the motor lies to the edge of the spur gear:

now, put your depth gauge up against your motor and now you know where the spur gear will be. Adjust your pinion and thats it!
