I'm new to this myself, but I reckon your shocks are too upright.

Try lengthening you upper an lower links, as it looks like your shock mounting to the frame is fixed. This will allow the shocks to lie down more giving more flex.

Yep looks like your shocks are at full compression, try and get some shocks with longer travel or like the previouse person said lay them down more.

Longer shocks will not do much, they are very upright. Scrap the link mounts for the shocks and cut a small section of aluminum C-channel (as wide as the clod axle brace) and then mount the C-channel to the axle brace. Drill a small hole for a screw to pass through and then move the shocks to the C-channel. This will lay them down more.
In the rear you could also move the upper shock mount to the rear most screw that is holding on the body panel

Yep, the more angle on the shock, the less effect will be put on the shock as the tires move up and down (if that makes sense). Of course, too much angle, and the shocks just bind and become worthless.

sux38, if you decide to move your shock mounts around, also turn your shocks upside down while you are at it, and put the reservoirs at the bottom. This helps your COG out just a tad.

This is what I came up with. Its alot better now, and follows my maxx mantis everywhere. So I'm happy with it.
