Default resister thingy attached to the battery

I read a thread about this a month ago but can't bring it up in a search. Should i transfer that resister or whatever it is on the stock battery to my replacement battery? Is it needed or can do without?

Yes it is acually a resetable fuse. When things gets cooled down then it reset and things should work fine again. It is to protect the electronics and the electric motor. You can spilce it in with your replacement bettery to protect everything if you want. If you don't use it there is a good chance that you will burn up your motor and stuff.
