Default taking my truck and extras on a plane.

im bringing my truck with me on a business trip this following week and i was wondering if anyone had any advice as far as packing and whats allowed in my carry on aswell as checked bags. im sure im not the only one who flys with their crawler so lemme know how its done! thanks guys if not ill contact the tsa tomorrow to see what they would advice

carrying anything electronic like that is just asking to have it confenscated

It is against TSA regulations (and FAA regulations) to put LIPO in checked bags. They must be in a carry-on.

I've taken transmitters on board with me a number of times. On they scanner, they don't resemble anything remotely close to a firearm. Batteries should stay with you, you can pack up the truck and whatever tools you have with your checked luggage.

Also, don't pull out the Tx during the flight. It might concern a few people.

hmmm could resemble a remote detonator?lol hahahhaha i have taken my rc and tx as a carry on about a year ago on the way to las vagas but it was a mini rc.

lipos with me, truck in checked bag, and radio in checked bag with the rest of parts... I'll also put radio pack with my lipos.anyone heading to NYC bring ur truck so we can central park crawl!! Great spots hidden In that place;)
