Default Water Proof SCX10 TR

What is water proof on a stock just out on the box Axial SCX10 TR?

the frame and shock towers are quite waterproof ;) JK

if the motor is Brushed it can take a dive, and that is it i think maybe the servo can swim some if it gets some love after riding, but the esc i think would not be so happy when swimming,

Dont forget the receiver....the esc might not be too happy but the receiver will definitely hate a bath.

There are a lot of threads on here about waterproofing what you already have.

Or,
You could mount your ESC inside of radio box and seal it up with RTV silicone. Them mount a traxass slash receiver box for your receiver, and install a traxass waterproof servo

I saw one roll into a creek and sink in 2 feet of water or more. An hour later it had dried and was working fine.

Definatly do some reading on here about waterproofing your gear. There is no need to risk damaging anything when making the electronics waterproof really isn't that hard at all. A bottle of liquid electrical tape or plasti dip, and some dielectric grease will be your friends on this one.
