were and how did the name nylint come from??:?

The original founders name is Nygil. He collects belly button lint as a hobby. Voila you have Nylint.

Funrise started in 1987. Nylint has been making toys since 1946, most popular in the 70's. Funrise bought Nylint a few years ago. Nylnt toys have been around forever. They make a bunch of metal cars and trucks. I have a few Nylint Toyota trucks right here on my computer desk. Search ebay for nylint, you'll see.
