Thanks dude! Each 4' section of it took my table over 20 minutes to cut at 100 ipm. No telling how many pierces... well, you could count'm, but I'm not gonna. LOL Anyway, my Plasmacam is glad that project is DONE.

Thanks, I'm really happy with how it turned out. The variety of color and types kinda adds to the look instead of detracting from it. Like my wife said, "Well, you can tell it's a rock garden for crawling instead of just for landscaping but at least it's not an eyesore!" That's good enough for me.

i have been through more cars/trucks/heli's than i can remember but i actually got out about 6 months ago. The bug bit me again so i have a 1/10 crawler/basher build in the works. Still in the planning stage.

Gotta sell off some extra stuff, few lipo's, 1/16 slash and some other misc. I'll pm you the thread when i get the stuff together. but a teaser is scx/summit/6S.

Thanks man!
I just went to a comp in Galveston that makes me wanna rip it out and just dump ton after ton of rip rap in there until the mound is about 8' high!!! The rock over there was just sick. Huge and booger sticky.
I'll still be out there enjoying this one tomorrow though.

Got $82 for my scrap metal run last week, and bought $86 worth of rock on the way home. About 4500 pounds worth.

Had to enlarge the footprint slightly. Matches the footprint on my ass from my wife's boot.

The majority of it went to a large stack with 2 tunnels. To make room, I merged the Sicily Island rock with the comp stack that has the steep flagstone.

Also had room for a couple short stacks in front, fun to transition through.

Something to show the scale:

I need to take some better overall shots, but here are some closeups of the test runs and some action shots from yesterday afternoon when a couple friends came by to run a few courses with me.

One of the new canyons:

The lower tunnel:

Middle route over the highroad:

I call this climb halfdome. Haven't made it yet, 3 days trying. Sedonas won't do it, but the Leopards will soon.

Another of halfdome. I really need better shots of this stuff, from further away.

My buddies spent some time under the repair tent. I had good luck today, but I've broken a set of worms and a front CVD so far.

Here's a shot coming thru the upper tunnel, under the highroad. Highrollers need not apply, and dig is probably a necessity, as you will bind up bad in 2 spots minimum.

A buddy trying to reach the second section up halfdome:

Rightside route up to the highroad:

Coming down the newly merged comp stack:

Backside route to the highroad:

Another of the same:

Skyin' the comp stack:

Looks like you built a great garden. I've just started one and can only hope mine ends up near as good.

Thanks Jeff. Hope you have an easier time finding stone where you are. The parent company to the yard where I get my riprap is Luhr. www.luhr.com
They have yards in lots of locations across the country. Might be one near you.

Need to setup a good date for a GTG. I know several from the Monroe/West Monroe area would make it.
