76 is the biggest, but everyone mostly runs 72... yes you can buy it in a whole from someone on RCC. it would be cheaper anyway. and no you don't need a slipper smallest pinion is an 8t pinion Last edited by TwistedCreations; 01-10-2006 at 03:01 PM. |

yes you can mesh it right and UMM no I'm not sure of the slipper. I have never built an Emaxx before but you would need the flat pieces that go on both sides of the spur though.. no need for the sping crap though |

ok and does 76/9 works w/o "machining" because I'll put a servo for 1st and 2nd speed so i want alot of torque and if i need wheel speed i'll just shift in 2nd. |

76 and 9 will mesh i think in the standard mount. If not its simple to mesh it properly. On the mount where the adjustable screw hole is, this can be made longer towards the outer side by drilling it. |

9/72 or 9/76 will mesh with no mods. I run the 9/72 with a 55t lathe, it works good on my TxT hybrid.

the 76 tooth spur is robinson racing part number and you need the entire RRP slipper assembly, 72 is a traxxas... go to RRP's website and look at Maxx slipper conversions... Later, Jake |
