| Servo Question
Im new to the rc thing..well i have always had rc's as a kid so i should say new to this expensive stuff...so my question is i have a 2.2 nylint has all the mods bought it from this board and it came with a aftermarket servo it is a futaba fp-s148 indirect drive servo and it will barely turn the wheels on this crawler smooth surface or not. is this a good servo or not is there something im doing wrong not to make it turn or is it just not powerful enough to turn the tires? i know nothing about sevos so im lost im running it right into the aftermarket FM receiver and have even tried running a battery pack into the receiver to see if it would up the power of the servo and no improvement.....if this is a weak servo what would be a good but cheap one to get that will turn the tires with no problem?. Or if this one is good enough and should do it fine but im doing something wrong please tell me:neutral: Thanks in advance for the help and info |

Try the Hobbico CS-65 or CS-70, a lot more torque and not that much money. Go to towerhobbies.com and look under the high torque servos |
