Has anyone had any luck with customer service in the last month or so? I have tried on emails and the phone with no luck. I am about to pack this thing up and take it back to walmart. |

Did you try calling the CS number and then hitting the # sign a few times? It is a trick my wife learned of and it has worked for a couple people. It should get you to a live person instead of voice mail and they will then transfer you to another live person in the proper dept. My replacement chassis showed up yesterday after my wife got through that way just last week. Give it a try.

I had really good luck emailing them. They responded with in a day and I had my new chassis with in two weeks.

have had some good luck from the CS im getin my new chassi in the mail probley the 20th or so is what my e-amil said! |
