Default no front power

I recently bought a 1:18 nylint jeep, and after the first day of using it hard the front tires don't grab. when i pick the jeep up, they spin, but when they come in contact with an obstical they just stop. any ideas whats wronge?

make sure your switch is in low or high(same as rear axle)
could be the motor support in axle broke off causing the motor to push over & slip gears(fix with electrical tape if so)

i figured it out, after tearing the whole high/low assembly apart i saw the metal gear for the low had stripped the plastic part, just bent the tabs and filled in the grooves with rubber cement and made every thing a little tighter and it runs well.
