| removing drag link
anyone know how to remove the drag link on these things? i can get the steering box to slide out until the drag link hits, then it stops... i need to pull it out to clean the belt up... |

I heated mine. If you want to be certain that you can put it back, that might not work for you though.

What did you end up doing? My belts slipping really bad and I wanna get in there clean it up, grease the gears, etc...

You'll need to use a pair of side cuts to kind of wedge it out like a 1:1 pickle fork, or a pair of pliers to grab it and twist while you are pulling, its the same kind of barbed pin that the shocks use. It will come out, just gotta fiddle with the thing |
