never send the 1st gen. I thought I had the 1st gen till I found them pics... Glad I have the 2nd gen on my 2nd crawler, that way if nylint ever decides to break these down and sell us some parts I can order all them peices to beef up my drive train, although I think what I'm doing to mine will work out just fine. And cheap too.

Default allen wrench

I fixed mine using a allen wrench also. It's been holding up just fine for about a month now. I'm just getting a little axle slip on the front diferrential now.

For all you guys without lathes and milling machines, slip a small hose clamp over black plastic sleeve to to prevent it from cracking (you can do this to one already cracked also) there is enough room in the housing for the clamp to spin in there. If anyone needs pics I can post them later.

you can use the crimp type hose clamp if your worried about space also. they tuck pretty flat.

the new issue is the lite grindind i hear in the rear. guess its time to pull the cover.
