Does anyone know what the pitch of the gears are so i can see what my gearing options are. Thanks Denny

48 pitch... (could reasonably be expected to work with .5 modules gearing as well--- with a slight bit of extra wear). 48pitch is VERY close to .5 modules.... anyways--- low gearing is possible. spur is 81 stock... i've heard you can fit up to 84 w/mod to tranny plates/sides/bottom. i'm going to be trying brushless... kv of 1050 or so.... i have a bunch of different pinions and spurs on order... tower has the alotta of 48 pitch spurs available. i will try 84 tooth spur and 13t pinion with 1000kv brushless motor--- expecting it to be crazy slow and crazy TORQUE! |

Hey thanks yeah i ordered a 65 lathe before the thing said sold out so we will see but i think somethin is binding also i have to look at it closer but thanks for the info
