Default more traction

theres this sweet V crack in 'miller canyon' aka the dry strem bed next to my house . i can get the front wheels on small ledge and the back comes up, and it will go for about 1-2 inches then the front slips down, is there any way to increase sidewall traction? also how do you guys custom cut you tires? what pattern to you do?

I cut every other lug out, used a razor blade. Then remove your wheels and tires and mount them so the tread pattern is reversed. Sorry don't have any good pics. Some guys put BBs in the front tires, I haven't tried it but most who have seem to like it.
