R2J truss on an AX10?

Has anyone used R2J's four-link truss on their comp rig to get longer upper links in the rear?

I don't see why you couldn't. But the upper links wouldn't be same length as lowers. The AX10 mount locations and lengths are different than the SCX. The links would be longer, but not equal. Although, you might mess with the extra link mount holes on the chassis, might be close. I don't have an AX anymore, so no way of checking right now.

I wouldn't expect them to be equal length.

Basically, I have a TCS mount on the rear axle, but was thinking if I used the truss, it would get me some more length on the uppers. I'm going to be using an Underground F-4 chassis, and the chassis mounts for the uppers don't have any adjustment for length, just angle.

What do you think the difference in length would be going from the TCS 4-link plate to the truss? Would it be worth trying?

I think you could get 12mm or 16mm more in length. I have a TCS mount at home, I'll check the difference tonight."thumbsup"

I am thinking that might be perfect on my ff-4
